The project dys_synchrony was started in the pandemic autumn of 2020. It is a digital collection of video miniatures in which sound and video artists interact with each other without being at the same time or in the same place. It starts with a video that musicians can use as inspiration for their improvisation. In addition, images, texts, stories and much more can also influence the result. Two musicians will basically each record a 1-minute improvisation. Both recordings, which are independent of each other, are put together and adapted into a video. The result is 1 small work of art composed of remotely asynchronously recorded improvisations. dys_synchrony means being together without having to meet. Each miniature is a small project and all together they build a digital performance.
